How to Order
Email us with enquiries, reservation requests or purchase orders at kookyeighties@gmail.com.

How to Purchase
Items can only be reserved for 2 days, if payment/confirmation is not received 48 hours after KookyEighties sends you a reservation acknowledgement, the item will be made available to other buyers. In the event of multiple requests for the same items, we will notify all parties, and KookyEighties reserves the right to release the items to the buyer who makes payment first.
Items will be posted after payment is received and as soon as we are able to make the run to the post office. To avoid delays please drop us an e-mail after payment has been made and we will let you know when to expect the delivery.
Goods sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
Payments can be made into our Maybank account, either via cash deposit or online transfer.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Postage costs are to be borne by the buyer, and the rates are as below*:-
Courier (signature required - recommended)
West M'sia*: 1kg = RM7
subsequent 1kg = RM5
* Zone 1 only (covers most of Peninsula M'sia, please check with us)
Please ask for East M'sia rates.
PosLaju (signature required)
West M'sia: 1st 500g = RM6
subsequent 250g, add RM2
East M'sia: 1st 500g = RM8
subsequent 250g, add RM2
PosExpress (signature not required, only for single item orders)
West and East M'sia : RM4
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items posted.
#based on Pos Malaysia's rates, if there are any changes in postage rates, the buyer will be compensated/charged accordingly. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 days.
We can also arrange for COD to certain locations. A 50% deposit must be made to prevent no-shows and the balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery of the items. Deposits made are non-refundable in all instances.
